Corte Madera FC
This was a proposed logo presentation for a youth soccer club. I started by looking at similar clubs in the same area.

The skyline from Corte Madera's pitches is dominated by Mount Tamalpais so it seemed fitting that I would start there for concepts.

I wanted to have another concept that had Mount Tam plus the many trees that surrounded the club's pitches all streamlined into a compact logo that would appeal to children more.

Like many professional soccer crests I wanted a concept or two that had an animal in them. The wild deer that roam through the area were a natural choice.

Similar to the deer concept above but even more simplified down to the most minimal logo possible.

I wanted create a super minimalist logo that evoked modern traditionalism, a kind of hipster cool look.
